6 Weeks and Counting – Who’s Joining us at Collective 2014?

It seems hard to believe but Collective 2014 is right around the corner. When we moved our annual event from March to May, I thought it would seem like “forever” until we all got to assemble for this annual event. But now with plans in full swing I am excited it’s almost here.

Best Agenda Yet

Now I may be biased because I’ve had the chance to talk to many of you that have offered to present, but I can honestly say this is the best agenda ever. Every year we have great sessions, but this year it seems that we are exploding. We have the mission at Sitrion to “unlock the power of connected people,” and while we’ve been talking about this idea in different flavors for the last few years, it seems that more and more organizations are making great strides in this direction. The projects that were just starting out during our first years of Collective have now morphed into the way people are working.  Great companies like Kraft Foods, Comcast, Roland Berger, Vanguard, State Street and Merck (to name a few) are joining us to share their stories.

 

In addition to these interactive conversations, we’ve lined up some amazing keynotes in every city. Among them in Orlando, will be Jamie Notter and Maddie Grant. A few months ago I was introduced to their book Humanize. The book addresses ways to tap into the human side of employees and get them engaged. What a perfect match for our event. In their keynote, Jamie and Maddie will talk about how to manage change while successfully operating in our unique environments.

 

I could go on and on about the agendas in each city. But instead, you should see them for yourself.

 

Our Extended Family

2013 was an exciting year for Sitrion. We acquired a company named Sitrion (and then rebranded under the name) and with this many customers and partners have joined our ecosystem. Collective will be the first event in which everyone can come together. While the way each company uses our offerings may be different, the thinking is very much the same – we're all working to make work better. From modernizing HR processes to connecting employees through a social platform the networking opportunities and content discussed at Collective 2014 will be priceless.

 

Clearly I am excited and I know many of you are too. I look forward to seeing you in May. Orlando, Amsterdam, Sydney… here we come!
