Recently, I wrote about the fact that people are voting for mobile solutions if we give them the option. I illustrated this with the growth in digital time spent, which was 97% on mobile devices between 2013 and 2016. Many of you agreed and some of you commented that mobile is a complex topic in your organization. And while I understand some of the concerns, for me mobile is a very simple thing: It is the reality! Let me highlight a handful of articles I wrote about this:
5 Ways to Make Mobile Work for Your Workforce (Talentzoo.com) addresses the basics ideas how to embrace mobile.
Scrambling to control BYOD? (ITProPortal.com) This article addresses the need to part ways with the idea that IT can control people’s devices.
4 Essentials for an Empowered Team (CEOWorld.biz) highlights that building an organization on culture and values requires you to reach every single employee. And mobile is the only way (spoiler: no, your Intranet does not).
4 Ways to Battle Information Overflow (ChiefExecutive.net) addresses the fact that efficiency requires you to address mobile as aggregation devices.
The HR Bots Are Coming! Will You Be Ready? (TLNT-HR) In this article, I reach a little into the future to address the foundational work that is needed to leverage new bots ideas and concepts. Needless to say, mobile is the key.
As you can see, I am writing a lot of articles and many include numbers :-) Putting that aside, the one consistent message is: Mobile is not rocket science, it is fairly simple. And with new technologies like Sitrion ONE, it is getting simpler every day. So don’t overthink it, get started.
