Last fall, we crowdsourced the NewsGator Adoption Framework with our passionate partners and clients - and we lovingly call it the NGAF. If you check urbandictionary.com NGAF ironically does mean “nobody gives a #@!%”. But guess what - we do. We care if our clients actually use our product after they purchase it. We care that our clients actually achieve business value from the investments they make in us. We care that we are making work better and empowering people to get things done.
The NewsGator Adoption Framework is comprised of three pathways — each having 6 elements — that must be addressed to continually strive for adoption and engagement within the social workplace. It continues to evolve – and it’s free for everyone to use. The framework was not created to drive services revenue — don’t get me wrong; it lends credibility to our delivery team and provides them with better tools and confidence to get their jobs done — it was created to help our clients drive people engagement and business alignment. It was also created as a competency for our partners so that they can confidently deliver social workplaces too.
