There is no need to install software components on the desktop clients, mobile devices of your employees or your Microsoft Exchange Server!

Decisions can be made online and offline. Users can use a conventional Outlook client, as well as Outlook Web Access (OWA) or mobile devices (e.g. Windows Mobile, RIM BlackBerry, iPhone and many more) for this. Decisions made are synchronized both with SAP as well as between the individual applications and mobile devices.

With UniversalApproval, you can extend every SAP approval workflow by decision tasks in Outlook and mobile devices. Your workflows continue to run within the SAP GUI and/or SAP Enterprise Portal/Microsoft SharePoint. All decisions that are made in Outlook or on the mobile devices are 100% synchronized with SAP.

This approach makes it possible for your employees to make decisions via standard buttons (e.g. Accept / Decline). This minimizes the training needed, while guaranteeing the utmost flexibility at the same time, as successive further business processes can be enabled.

The connection to SAP is made via the SAP-certified Sitrion Adapter Pack for SAP. This certification ensures your company a smooth use of UniversalApproval in productive operation.

UniversalApproval supports SAP from release 4.7 and higher, as well as current release versions including Unicode systems.
