UniversalApproval - System prerequisites
UniversalApproval can be deployed in your company within just a few hours. This is thanks to minimal system prerequisites and standards corresponding to your Microsoft and SAP landscape.
System prerequisites
- All common SAP systeme and -releases (from 4.7) are supported
- SAP approval workflows with decision steps (e.g. Accepts/Decline)
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, 2007 or 2010
- Microsoft Outlook 2000 to 2010
- Windows Server 2003 or 2008
- One (1) Microsoft Exchange-Mailbox (e.g. workflows@xyz.com)
UniversalApproval is simply installed on any Windows Server in your company, where it then provides the entire synchronization between your SAP and Microsoft landscape.
