New features

  • User profiles are now directly editable through the profile icon in the upper right corner of the app. We've also added more information to individuals profiles to allow you to connect and learn about your colleague easier.
  • Added full support for iOS 12 and all of the new iPhone models.Stability & performance
  • Resolved multiple app crashes.
  • Card streams should now be more responsive with both reduced loading times and faster interactivity.
  • Resolved issues with completing tasks and dismissing cards in the streams that could lead to out of sync card data.
  • Fixed an issue with Touch ID/Face ID that would prevent the submit of crash logs.
  • Resolved rare issues with cards showing up fully blank or duplicated in the card streams.
  • Improved stability during re-authentication of sessions.
  • Improved loading and scrolling of the services page.


UI updates & fixes

  • Updated the appearance of several controls.
  • Resolved issue with content sometimes being permanently hidden behind control footers.
  • Fixed issues with like/comment counts getting out of sync.
  • Updated translations for many of our supported languages.
  • Fixed issue with chat messages appearing as a duplicate until the app was fully quit.
  • Fixed an issue where poll options would be hidden.
  • Fixed several issues when opening a card from a push or universal link.
  • Fixed an issue with status bar color on bright backgrounds.
  • Resolved an issue with Terms of Use getting stuck in a loop.
  • Fixed a number of issues with lists in cards and services.

  • Additional logging added for intermittent authentication issues.
  • Addressed an issue with seeing duplicate chat messages.
  • Fixed a problem with interacting with a push notification taking you to chat and then resulting in your streams not loading.
  • Resolved incorrect chat messages displaying after entering chat from a push notification.
  • Links hosted by Sitrion will open within the app (instead of getting kicked over to the phone browser).

  • On iPad you can now use the app in landscape mode.
  • Made the addition of Hungarian and simplified Chinese translations.
  • Performed some back-end optimizations in the app, resulting in improved performance.
  • Addressed a bug in channel listings where you couldn't reach the bottom one.
  • Fixed an issue where messages appeared to be sent but weren't (if you are on a slow network or have no connectivity).
  • Resolved a UI problem when using the app while on a phone call: the header for important messages was being overlapped.

  • This version introduces a notification center, where you can view any new items: new messages from your administrators and new tasks assigned to you.
  • Updated icons for bottom navigation tabs.
  • The accounts section of settings has been moved to its own screen to increase loading of settings.
  • The app now retrieves more tasks than before: up to 50 in your tasks tab.
  • Addressed an issue with text box visibility on smaller devices.
  • The app now supports custom icons for managed groups within chat.
  • Resolved a problem where messages were duplicating.
  • Enhanced how tenant admins are able to rename tabs.
  • Badge counts on tabs will now show a dot and not an item count: the item count can be found on the app icon.
  • Modified bbcode behavior for headers to align with the rest of the platform.
  • Addressed a problem with high resolution images being uploaded within messages.
  • The client now respects a setting to restrict message creation depending on a user's role.
  • Within channels, the back arrow for navigation has been enhanced for visibility
