NewsGator customers – they heard it on the grapevine

With Summer almost behind us, we’re kicking things up a gear here at NewsGator with a major revamp of our monthly customer/partner jam session (formerly SMEssions) which is taking on a new format, with a new name and most importantly with new and exciting content that will help our awesome customers and their employees propel their social journey and connect them to information and resources that will help guarantee their success.

Introducing #NGVine – NewGator’s own grapevine

#NGVine is name of our new live jam session, and our very own grapevine that winds, connects and grows throughout our customer network, eNGage. With it brings special guests and experts, news and information on NewsGator product features, our vision for the future of work and also gives our customers and partners a direct line to question, poke and prod our team here at NewsGator HQ. It’s delivered 100% via the activity stream, right to the desktop or mobile device and within the walls of our all-inclusive “NewsGator Collective” customer community on eNGage.

#NGVine sessions run for one hour at a time, and follow a similar format to a Tweet Jam. There is an agenda of questions that are pre-publicized to community members and an opportunity for open Q&A with our guest panelists and other participants. Content becomes archived and searchable and transferred into a useful knowledge base using the hashtag #NGVine and the NewsGator out of the box knowledge management functionality.

Why #NGVine?

Lots of things are changing in eNGage and our renewed focus on building the best customer community in the social business market place is top priority here at NewsGator. We believe we have the best customers in our industry, and we want to provide them with a state of the art implementation of our product that includes the right combination of content, conversation and community to rocket their success as a social enterprise and ensure they remain connected to the latest news and information that will help them achieve this.
