Rachel Happe, founder of the Community Roundtable joins the line-up for Collective 2014

I’m so excited to announce that longtime friend of NewsGator/Sitrion, Rachel Happe will be joining us in Orlando on May 14, 2014.  Rachel is the Principal and Co-Founder of the Community Roundtable and has spent the last 15 years helping organizations implement emerging technologies to advance their business strategies.

Rachel and Sitrion have long been friends! A number of our staff are members of the Community Roundtable, Rachel and her team have joined us in webinars and online events and in 2014 Sitrion will be the sponsor of the State Of Community Management Report .  I’ve personally been a member of the Community Roundtable for some time and I am over the moon that she is able to make time in her schedule to share her wisdom, experience and recent research.

In Orlando, Rachel’s keynote entitled “The Networked Organization – organizing for complexity and emergence” will explore a number of extremely relevant topics faced by organizations in the current world of work like the blurring lines between customers and employees, and the changing nature of the work contract. She will also discuss trends like the collaborative economy and how concepts like this are challenging traditional ideas of value creation within an organization.

In addition to her keynote, Rachel will host an up close and personal session in the conference Experience Lounge alongside our own Allison Maguire to share tips, tricks and best practices for Community Managers.

Rachel understands through her extensive research and consultation at the Community Roundtable how networked communications environments can transform how people work, their productivity and their personal satisfaction by aligning their passions, skills and relationships.  This keynote will open day 2 of the conference, and is one that every attendee should not miss!
