Limeade Communications integrates with systems like SAP, SharePoint, Office 365 and many more to solve common use cases like internal/corporate communications; approvals and lookups; field services; Exchange syncing; customer and inventory look up; internal expertise location; and aggregated tasks and workflows like purchase requests, timesheets, and time-off requests. In addition, you are able to develop custom use cases with .NET expertise using AppBuilder, a Visual Studio based tool. Which enterprise back-end systems does Limeade Communications integrate with?

Our employee app integrates securely and seamlessly with SAP, Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, SQL, and any REST Service.

How secure is Limeade Communications?

Our employee app solution ensures 100% secure access to all sensitive backend data in a BYOD environment with or without Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions. No data resides on the phone or in the cloud. Limeade Communication’s cloud-based administration enables maximum flexibility and the highest level of security for accessing sensitive backend data.

Does Limeade Communications support an enterprise bring your own device (BYOD) strategy?

Yes. Our employee app supports secure BYOD as standard. Each employee simply downloads the iOS or Android app via the respective app store; logs in to the app (no corporate email address is required); and has access to all micro-apps assigned to him. You can fully manage role assignments using our simple drag & drop system, and everyone who is assigned to that role immediately gets access upon the next refresh.

Does Limeade Communications support a cloud infrastructure?

Yes. All administration and backend connection management is handled via your individual cloud tenant. To ensure the highest levels of security, our employee app uses enterprise single-sign-on (SSO) capabilities and securely connects to cloud and on-premise systems. You can fully manage role assignments using our simple drag & drop system, and everyone who is assigned to that role immediately gets access upon the next refresh.

What is a Micro-app?

A micro-app is a feature that allows users to perform custom actions like time entries, customer lookup, expert finder, or other personalized tasks on a mobile device. Micro-apps eliminate the need for logging into multiple apps on a mobile device, and are deployed using our simple drag & drop assignment feature.

What are Cards?

A card is a feature that allows users to get all relevant information, approvals, or alerts in a standardized and templated way. For example, a purchase requisition approval card may contain data and approve/cancel actions from SAP; comments from a social network; and documents from SharePoint. A card empowers the user to perform an action with all relevant context, and can cut manager time to decision by up to 50%.

I've requested a new user account from ONE. What happens next?

A confirmation (welcome) email will be sent to the email address that you used to register. You should receive this email within ten minutes.

I have not received a ONE welcome email. What now?

Check your email spam, clutter or junk folders.

I forgot my account password. How do I reset it?

You can reset your account password here.

Can I log in to ONE from my computer's web browser?

Yes, you can log in using any major web browser from here.

My app crashes when I open it or perform an action. What can I do?

The easiest thing to try is to delete the ONE app and install again by downloading the app from your respective mobile platform's app store.  Failing that, you could provide your help desk a copy of the crash logs. For iOS device users, instructions can be found here, under the section "Getting Crash Logs Directly From a Device Without Xcode". For Android device users, you will need a log extraction app which can be found here.

 
Where can I download the  ONE by Limeade mobile app?

You can download the Sitrion ONE mobile app from the iOS App and  Android Google Play Stores, or from your organization's internal app resource center (if applicable).

 
Is my account locked out?

If you have entered your password incorrectly 3 times, your account will automatically be locked out for your security. You will need to contact your help desk or support team to unlock it.
