Ability to edit a mention on existing messages
Sitrion has added the ability to edit an existing message and add or change the employee mentions specified in a message
How to use it: Navigate to the Cloud Comm -> Messages console. Edit a message and the ability to add and edit mentions is now available to the author.
Cloud Comm messages now support locale specific languages – Canadian French and Brazilian Portuguese
Some regions have a distinct dialect that differs from other regions that use the same language. In this release, Sitrion has added the capability to specify regional languages.
How to use it: Navigate to the Cloud Comm -> Settings -> Options console and you can now enable Canadian French and Brazilian Portuguese. Once enabled, the language option will be available to all authors in the new message console. Should your organization require additional regional languages, please contact your customer success manager.
Mailto Links in BBcode links
The ability to specify a mailto link in a message link has been added to the new message and edit consoles.
How to use it: Navigate to the Cloud Comm -> New Message or Messages console and you can now insert a mailto formatted link that triggers an employee’s client to open the default mail client. The supported format supports to address, subject and message body. Mailto links are also converted into tracked links allowing admins to track the usage of the links in the tracked links report.

Allow Cloud Comm writers to manage message they sent globally
Cloud Comm writers that have been granted the permission to send messages globally can now edit and manage the messages they sent to all users.
How to use it: As a Cloud Comm writer with the send global permission, navigate to the Cloud Comm -> Messages console and all messages sent globally will now be visible.
Channel subscription edit and subscribe existing users
Cloud Comm admins can now subscribe all existing users (in a group or globally) in channels.
How to use it: Navigate to the Cloud Comm -> Channel console an administrator can now select an existing channel and subscribe all users which will subscribe all users that have permissions to view the channel.
Channel subscription – group targeted channels can now subscribe new users to the group
Previously, channels that are available to a specific group would not subscribe new users to the group. In this release, new users to the group will be subscribed when this option is selected.
How to use it: Navigate to the Cloud Com -> Channel console an administrator can now enable subscribe new users for a channel that is only visible to a specific group(s) and all new users to the group will be automatically subscribed.
Ability to change managed group chat icons
*This feature is available on the server only and will not be respected by the mobile clients until the next client update.
Sitrion has added the ability to modify a group chat icon to make identification for user easier.
How to use it: Navigate to the Tenant Admin-> Chat console and select the chat you wish to add a custom icon for. On the far right you now can upload the icon by clicking the upload icon button.
Note: Images should be 96x96 pixels
Ability to limit which group of users can create or add users to a chat
*This feature is added to the server but will be disabled until mobile clients that support this feature are widely available.
In addition to custom icons, this release includes the ability to control which groups of users can create new chats or add users to a group chat.
How to use it: Navigate to the Tenant Admin-> Chat console and in the chat settings section you can enable this feature by selecting the “Only allow designated groups to create new chats or add a user to a chat” check box. Once enabled you can add groups by clicking the add group button and you can delete a designated group but clicking the delete button.
Customize email templates subject line
Sitrion has added the ability to set an email subject line for all our email templates.
How to use it: Navigate to the Tenant Admin-> Settings -> Email Templates console and select any of the email templates. Above the template editor you now can set the email subject.
Historical data access and export last 30 days in user report
Sitrion has added the ability to view the user report for any day in the past. In addition to this, administrators can now export the last 30 days of data to a CSV/Excel format
How to use it:Navigate to the Tenant Admin-> Reports -> Users console and select any date in the added date picker.
For the export function, you can only export for the last 30 days for performance reasons.
